FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY INSPECTIONS
A new home is usually under warranty by the builder for one year. After the first year, the homeowner is responsible for all repairs.
EPI recommends having an inspection done just prior to the first year anniversary. If any issues are found during this type of home inspection, the builder would be responsible for the repairs.
